Is your membership up for renewal soon? If yes, do remember to renew before the expiry date to continue enjoying the benefits entitled to you.
Renewal notice will usually be posted to you before your membership expires. Do ensure the information stated on the form is accurate and it is the latest information. If it is not, please update where is necessary. Then, sign the form and return it together with your subscription fee of RM 50.00 made payable to Kelab Automotif Perodua Malaysia by cheque or money order.
Subsequently, you may bank-in your subscription fee directly to KAPMA’s bank account at any CIMB (M) Bhd.
The account number is 1233-0001263-05-3.
Then, just fax your renewal notice together with the bank-in slip to KAPMA‘s management office at 03-6733 0475.
Be sure to check your expiry date on your membership card and call us immediately to avoid any disruptions to your entitlement in the event the renewal notice reaches you later than expected.
