Perodua brings joy to 40 children at Sungai Buloh Hospital

Sungai Buloh, 7 Sept: Perodua brought Hari Raya Aidilfitri cheers to 40 children warded at the paediatric ward, Hospital Sungai Buloh here when they received hampers and duit raya from the company.

Perodua Managing Director Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh and his spouse Datin Junrayati Johari and senior management gave away the hampers and RM50 duit raya to each of the 40 children. Also present were the hospital Director Dr Khalid Ibrahim and his team.

This is the second consecutive year that Perodua has planned such activity during the festive period.

“We would like to share the joys of Aidlifitri with the children. This is part of our continuous efforts to bring cheers to the children who are warded during the festive period,” Aminar said.

Perodua also helped refurbished the children play area at the ward at the cost of RM40,000.

Last month Perodua treated 40 underprivileged students from 2 schools to a Hari Raya shopping spree and buka puasa at a shopping mall in the city. They received RM150 shopping voucher and RM50 duit raya each.
