Rawang, 12 March: Perodua is offering assistance to all Perodua vehicle owners who were impacted by the flood in Kuala Lumpur recently.

Perodua will be providing assistance in the form of towing services, discounts on selected parts and free inspections to determine the amount of damage done to the vehicle.

Perodua’s customers whose vehicles suffered flood related damages recently are encouraged to call Perodua’s toll free customer care line at 1-800-88-6600 for assistance.

“Our customers matter most to us and these value added services are provided to help relieve some of the burden our customers have to deal with during this disaster,” Perodua Managing Director Datuk Aminar Rashid said.

On the assistance given, Aminar said that Perodua offered free towing service up to a maximum of RM100 (one hundred ringgit only) to the nearest 16 Perodua service outlets in the greater Kuala Lumpur area.

In total, there are 171 Perodua service outlets nationwide.

In addition, Perodua is also offering 20% off selected parts to Perodua owners whose vehicles are damaged by the floods.

The parts include all electronic items, carpet, vehicle seats, door trims and engine overhaul gasket.
