Kuala Lumpur, 13 Oct: Perodua today is moving closer towards incorporating Mobility as a Service (MaaS) under its super App: P-Circle.

 

“The P-Circle offers mobility as a lifestyle as all these offerings covers a significant portion of our online services engagement under one super app,” Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad said.

 

“This diversification into tech-based business is in line with our future direction and the auto industry’s future in terms of convergence with consumer preference towards connecting their vehicles, and even homes with the Internet,” Dato’ Sri Zainal said.

 

“We foresee that this convergence to only grow stronger in the years to come, and we want to prove that we can innovate by providing all the services our customers’ needs before they ask for them – which is in line with our “We Go Beyond” philosophy,” he explained.

 

“A key component in MaaS is to offer drivers flexible solutions based on their travel needs and the package that we are offering fits right into that description,” he said.

 

One of the key components of the P Circle is the is the P Duit, an e-wallet, which makes payments easier for nearly all transactions in Malaysia.

 

“This feature will be useful for those looking to own our first EV (electric vehicle) as we have made an agreement with all charging point operators to agree to accept payments from our e-wallet,” Dato’ Sri Zainal said.

 

He added that “P Vehicle” will only made available after Perodua’s EV launch.

 

Dato’ Sri Zainal said that the P Guardian is a surveillance app offered together with P Charge where you can monitor the condition of your home from the camera attached to the P Charge.

 

The P-Circle app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play App. The mobile charge and smartwatch can be purchased at any Perodua Sales and Service outlet nationwide.

A collaboration with Perodua Spare Parts Department. Products sold by SPD are all Spare parts & accessories from Perodua.

 

For phase 1 only, the Perodua Spare Parts Department is the seller as we want to highlight that we have an official platform for customers to get spare parts from Perodua aside from outlets.

 

Phase 2 will incorporate other sellers such as TM Unifi products, small sellers across Malaysia can be onboard as sellers as well.

 

They will go through a proper onboarding with credit check to ensure all our merchants are legit.

Forum for Super App users and Perodua car owners. similar to Lowyat. forum more towards automotive discussions, guidance and tips.

Perodua perkenal tawaran gaya hidup digital menerusi platform baharu – P-Circle

 

Kuala Lumpur, 13 Oct: Perodua kini mengorak satu lagi langkah ke hadapan ke arah menggabungkan Mobility as a Service (MaaS) menerusi platform super App: P-Circle.

 

“P-Circle menawarkan mobility as a lifestyle kerana ciri-ciri yang ditawarkan merangkumi sebahagian besar perkhidmatan dalam talian kami di bawah satu super app,” Presiden dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Perodua, Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad.

 

“Kepelbagaian yang dibuat ke arah perniagaan berasaskan teknologi ini adalah selaras dengan matlamat masa hadapan kami dan industri automotif kerana pengguna kini memilih untuk menyambungkan kenderaan mereka mahupun rumah mereka dengan Internet,” kata Dato’ Sri Zainal.

 

“Kami menjangka bahawa integrasi seperti ini akan menjadi lebih kukuh untuk tempoh beberapa tahun akan datang dan kami mahu membuktikan bahawa kami boleh berinovasi dengan menyediakan semua perkhidmatan yang diperlukan oleh pelanggan kami – selaras dengan falsafah “We Go Beyond” kami,” jelasnya.

 

“Komponen utama dalam MaaS adalah untuk menawarkan penyelesaian fleksibel kepada pemandu berdasarkan keperluan perjalanan mereka dan pakej yang kami tawarkan memenuhi keperluan itu,” katanya.

 

Selain itu, antara komponen utama lain dalam P-Circle adalah e-wallet P-Duit, yang membolehkan transaksi pembayaran yang dibuat di dalam negara menjadi bertambah mudah.

 

“Ciri ini bakal memberi manfaat kepada mereka yang mahu memilliki EV (kenderaan elektrik) pertama kami kerana kami telah memeterai perjanjian dengan semua pengendali stesen pengecasan yang telah bersetuju untuk menerima pembayaran daripada e-wallet kami,” kata Dato’ Sri Zainal.

 

Tambahnya, ciri P-Vehicle hanya boleh digunakan selepas pelancaran EV Perodua.

 

Dato’ Sri Zainal berkata ciri P Guardian pula berfungsi sebagai aplikasi pemantauan yang ditawarkan bersama dengan P Charge yang mana pengguna boleh memantau keadaan rumah mereka menerusi kamera yang ada pada P Charge.

 

Aplikasi P-Circle boleh dimuat turun menerusi Apple App Store dan Google Play App manakala fungsi pengecas mudah alih dan jam pintar boleh dibeli di mana-mana Pusat Servis Perodua di seluruh negara.

Untuk fasa pertama, hanya SPD yang dilantik sebagai penjual kerana kami mahu menguar-uarkan bahawa kami mempunya platform rasmi untuk membeli alat ganti selain daripada yang dijual di cawangan-cawangan Perodua.

 

Fasa kedua akan menggabungkan penjual lain seperti produk TM Unifi dan peniaga kecil lain di seluruh negara.

 

Mereka perlu menjalani proses tapisan yang ketat termasuklah semakan kredit untuk memastikan perniagaannya adalah sah.
