TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rebate Entitlement

Eligible customers will receive:

RM4,000 rebate per vehicle

The rebate:

• Is applicable towards the purchase of a new eligible Perodua vehicle only
• Is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash
• Is not applicable for used vehicles
• Can be combined with current promotional offers applicable to the selected model.

2. Eligibility Criteria

All conditions below must be fulfilled.

2.1 Applicant Requirements

• Must be an Individual Malaysian citizen
• Company or business registrations are not eligible
• New vehicle must be registered for private use only

2.2 Old Vehicle Requirements

• Vehicle must be 20 years old or above
• Must be registered in Malaysia
• Engine and gearbox must be intact
• Vehicle does not need to be roadworthy
• Must be free from:
  • Outstanding loan or hire purchase
  • Legal encumbrances
  • JPJ or authority restrictions preventing de-registration
• Must be eligible for official JPJ de-registration
• Motorcycles are not eligible
• Commercial vehicles are not eligible
• Current registered owners are eligible (not limited to first owner).

2.3 Ownership Requirement

• The new vehicle buyer must be the next of kin of the old vehicle owner.
• Ownership transfer outside next-of-kin is not permitted under this programme.
• If the registered owner is deceased, proper legal documentation is required.

3. Eligible New Models

Applicable for selected models only:

• Perodua Aruz (All Variants)
• Perodua Ativa (All Variants)
• Model availability is subject to stock and allocation.

4. Vehicle Disposal & De-registration

• The old vehicle must be officially de-registered with JPJ.
• JPJ de-registration confirmation (K1D) must be issued.
• The vehicle will undergo an approved disposal process.
• A Certificate of Destruction (COD) will be issued.
• No parts may be removed once the application is submitted.
• The vehicle cannot be re-registered after disposal.
• No scrapping fees will be imposed on the customer.
• Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

5. General Conditions

• Programme valid from 27 January 2026 until quota is fully utilised.
• Applications are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Any false declaration or document manipulation will result in disqualification.
• Perodua reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend or terminate the programme without prior notice.
